Given that FFS has splashed out so much money on midfielders and strikers why suddenly when we are in great need for defenders we dont. I thought that we didn't have any money and then suddenly we've spent £15mill on two player. Just a query

I don't know who Rodders has his eye on, but there is a clue in which direction he sees our priorities (of which I totally agree, by the way) lying, in part of his piece about Sibierski/Critics.

 

I'll paraphrase Rodders: ".....it's essential that Sibierski remains fit for a couple of months..."

 

Hmmmmm, what can he mean???? That something happens in a couple of months eg the transfer window??? Does his statement mean he is targetting defenders????
