After a couple of months of experimenting with vegetatia, I'm not sure they are all they are cracked up to be.

That lass on the fruit and veg stall blew you out then?

A couple of months on the beans and pulses-I reckon it was him blowing her out!

perhaps you have been over cooking your veggies which makes them watery and tasteless? I love all veg except broad beans. My favourites are brocoli and baked parsnip.

mmm honey roast parsnips

I'm not the greatest fan of vegetables myself.

I'll eat Potatoes, Turnip and Cabbage - and Onions and Garlic (do they count as veggies?).

Carrots, Lettuce and Cucumber sometimes. Parsnips at Christmas. I'll eat Sweetcorn if its mixed into something else (eg Chicken and Sweetcorn sandwich).

But peas - no way. Same goes for Broccolli and Cauliflower. I can't stand them.

Can't beat a decent veggie stir-fry. Well, obviously you can, but it's still fairly nice.

Perhaps I still have room in my life for carmelised vegetables done in the oven with garlic infused olive oil, dusted with fresh tarragon and butter to serve.

Alex,

You've got a bloody good memory. :dancing:
