'Im here to fix the gas, somebody said it was heating up properly'' So i checked with the lads and apart from the fact its red - hot - nobody had a clue like. Thing is like he claimed he was from the council (this is not a council house) - and was wearing tracksuit bottoms and looked like a tramp - no papers - and the only thing that made him look like any authority was a PDA.
