If your piss watery and clear, your body is well hydrated and your kidneys are working fine. If your piss is yellowy-brown, you probably haven't drunk enough non-alcoholic fluids. If your piss is yellowy-brown, you probably haven't drunk enough non-alcoholic fluids. yeah, it's just a matter of dilution. Test it out, drink a litre of water over 3/4 hours, then go. Generally over hydration isn't an issue for a healthy adult. It's when you have someone compromised by cardiac or liver issues that you have to be cautious.
