Since Pearson has arrived

I think it is far too early to suggest it is the impact of Pearson. Today it was also very much down to a fantastic performance of the rookie keeper, before we played Charlton who aren't a free-scoring team. Fenerbahce and Smoggies was good, but you can expect those things from time to time.

i meant 1 in 4 actually. And Fenerbache was before he arrived I believe. Pompey is the missing team.

I only wanted to test you... :):(

It still means nothing to me if I don't see that we cut out those stupid defending mistakes long term. The likes of Bramble & Co. have all had good and lucky spells before.

Think a degree of credit has to go to Pearson. both Roeder and he have stated that what they did after his arrival was really work on the defence, which does look a bit better.

Time will tell i suppose. Pearson seemed like a leader/organiser/no nonsense type to me (from his playing days) so might help the defence.

There was a corner we were defending and the camera was close up on Bramble and you could see he was actually organising someone, Luque I think, to mark an opposition player.

Almost fell off my chair in shock!

As a unit we look more organised. However, had not been for UNBELEEEEEVABLE goalkeeping, we might have conceeded a few.

:)

Wrote that after Kruls post match inverview I assume?
