TOPTOON 0
If the squad is expected to be:Srnicek, Krul, Harper, Carr, Babayaro, Ramage, Taylor, Bramble, Moore, Solano, Parker, N'Zogbia, Butt, Duff, Milner, Martins, Ameobi, Rossi, Dyer, Luque, Rossi expected to start! (good cause he'll probably score). I don't rate Luque but i'm half tempted to play him as Sib is out and Shola's struggling. So for me: ------------Harper Car Taylor Ramage Duff (he looked really good there the last time imo) Dyer/Milner Parker Butt Zoggy ------------------Luque ---------Rossi Subs Pav/Krul Moore Milner/Dyer Martins Shola Edited October 25, 2006 by TOPTOON

Optimistic Nut 104
http://www.nufc.premiumtv.co.uk/page/NewsD...~917478,00.html He's sub. Call me a cynic, but..low attendance, high-profile player making his comeback, early-afternoon announcement = few extra hundred tickets sold tonight. adios 717
It'll be on Radio Newcastle. Can't listen to that outside the UK, unfortunately. Unless someone *ahem* knows a way... Actually, is that available on Sky Digital? I've never really looked to see what's available.
Guest Patrokles
Personally I'd like to see Luque given another chance to reprise his left-wing role, as he's shown that he can cross a ball and take a set-piece. If it works out, it'd be another Robert situation; frustrating and inconsistent, but capable of delivering a worthwhile moment or two.
Guest alex
Duff and N'Zogbia are both better there imo. I'd rather he was given another chance to reprise his Deportivo role.

I'd agree with you to an extent, but unfortunately neither of them are really doing it currently.

Bramble!! fuck me will we ever learn??? Thats a disgrace ! Where's Parker? Nobby instead of Duff? Well i'm fearing the worst now!! If we lose and Bramble and Nobby have bad games then Roeder is to blame imo. Edited October 25, 2006 by TOPTOON

Jimbo 172
How does the club view this competition ? A competition we could actually win ? or A competition that gets in the way of the more important league position or money spinning UEFA cup run ?
