Can't say I'm too optomistic about this one... been thinking all week that this'll be an easy win for Boro and getting ready for it ... which probably means we'll get a draw.

I reckon we'll get beat today. :o I'm hoping Bramble remains dropped though.

Agree on Bernard - he's been here since September 1st. It's now 22nd of October and we still haven't got him fit enough to play for the first team. At this rate he'll need to start his pre-season for next season the minute the current season ends.

If we lose again today, it really will be the beginning of a relegation struggle.

WestHam are due a win too, even if they are away at Tottenham, we'd drop a step further down.

Great, Ramage back to left-back. If any of the three centre-halfs there shuld play there, it's Taylor. But I'd choose Duff or Zog ahead of him.

Agree, Taylor has played there before and we are heading into Souness territory here with Roeder where he continually plays somebody out of position even when its clear to everyone the player is being ruined in that position.

And as everyone has said by now Bernard HAS to be a better option at LB than Ramage or our coaching and fitness staff are so shit that they can't get a bloke ready to start a football match in nearl 2 months working with him.

As for the game god knows what will happen, you'd expect them to win as we are really struggling at the moment but if there's any away game we seem able to snatch wins in its the Smogs, so i'll go for a suprise win for the toon with the Sib amongst the goals again!

Having lived in Nottingham, and visited friends regularly in Manchester, this is utter tosh.
