Lazarus 0
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/entertainment/6059592.stm The WAGs are to battle it out in the fashion world in a new reality TV show. Ten WAGs - wives and girlfriends - of footballers are to run rival London shops in the ITV2 series, WAGs Boutique, due to be shown next year. The channel could not confirm who would be taking part, but said the WAGs were a "phenomenon" and that the series would be "unmissable entertainment". The England team's partners attracted considerable press coverage during this summer's World Cup in Germany. Mentors will advise the women during the 13-week challenge, with the winning team choosing a charity to receive the shops' profits. The WAG who individually makes the most money will win the opportunity to design her own clothing range. Steven Andrew, programme director of ITV digital channels, said: "The WAGs are a phenomenon and will become the talk of the town as they battle it out to see which of them has the determination, intelligence and staying power to run their very own boutique." The series is due to be broadcast from January 2007.
nufc4ever 0
They'll all be the girlfriends of division one players tbh. Yet another level of stooping though. I hate people who want to be a celebrity. Typical shITV. Edited October 17, 2006 by nufc4ever
Sima 0
ITV should have it's license revoked tbh. TV for morons from the bottom up.
Guest Patrokles
Viewing figures will say otherwise. You can't blame a TV station for giving the general public what it wants.

Tom 14011
The average person doesnt want itelligent television, its a fact. They dont want anything patricularly artistic or informative, unforunately the majority are quite happy watching bollocks. They dont like to be challenged when they come home from work, its all celebrity this and that and Reality TV, plus the highest viewing figures tend to be for soaps.. Fucking wank tbh. and whats up with all this quiz channels? Shit. More poor tax for the idiots
