peasepud 59
Now Im no doctor but I'd be guessing that if you have a dodgy hip, one sport that you shouldnt do is Tennis. All that swinging at the hip and major force through the arms must be iffy, surely? Anyone know? is it a risk or a rehabilitation exercise? Wullie 0
Some bloke on the Legends a few weeks back said they'd seen him out playing golf the day after a game and questioned whether this was the right thing for a bloke with a lingering hip injury to be doing. Gemmill 46297
I'd like to think that he's doing it with the consent of a doctor, but who knows. I can't see how any extra physical exertion on top of what he's already doing can be doing him any good though. Can you imagine him lolloping towards the net to reach a drop shot though. It'll have bounced 4 times before he's even into the service court.
sweetleftpeg 0
He plays a lot of golf like. Know some lads who are members of the NUFC Golf club and as taxi drivers they're there neearly every other day...as is Shola. Still, it's better than him doing drugs or getting a gambling habit. As aside, he's utter shite at it, and he once drove his golf buggy into a tree.

Walliver 0
That's not the angle I was going for, though, and the inclusion of Given's name indicated that. Unless you were going to make the joke and held back because it was too obvious. But that hasn't really worked.
