I agree about the salt thing, but milk in first because then you can sort out the strength of the tea simply by changing the length of time you leave the bag in the mug. I only make tea in a pot when there's 4 people or more wanting a brew (I've got one of those 7 mug pots), it's too much hasle otherwise. as it seems the key to a perfect cuppa is when the milk is added I'll pop a wee poll here...
