bobbyshinton 59
Following on from the G mans mention of star jumps. What do you find the hardest thing to do physical exercise wise? In the gym we do chin ups on the frames, you cannot get a beer mat under my feet when I'm lifting. also sit ups with 6 twists in them, feel me ribs popping
Meenzer 15347
At school I could never get the hang of forward rolls. I have no idea why. As for the gym, leg strength is no problem, but anything involving arm exertion is a no-no because of my inherently limp wrists. Scottish Mag 3
Dunno it was the hardest but one of the worst was being made to play hockey outdoors in the glorious Scottish winter weather...
Jill 0
Press ups. I've never been able to do them, even the stupid fake 'girls way'. No arm strength at all.. so I could also never do chin ups when I went to gymnastics.

Gemmill 44113
Aye I didn't like cross country. I was alright at sports in school though so there wasn't that much I really didn't like. Backward rolls in gym were a pisser.

nufc4ever 0
As I live within two minutes of the M62, rugby league was all we ever did outside. All the lads in my year played too, and the teacher was a rugby fan. I can remember about three times we played football.

Ted Maul 0
The Beep Test was fairly tough for slow gits like me. There was always one tit at the end who'd show off by going far longer than everyone else and look really smug about it.
