Gemmill 46032
Fish, I only do pink wine. And you're better off where you are in the call centre than at that last place - I got slightly concerned when you were talking about possibly not going back to finish your course if the double glazing thing worked out. HF, I always hang up on cold callers. I tell them I'm not interested, and then if they try and give me any grief I just go "I'm REALLY not interested! BYE!" and that's the end of that. Toucan Telecom are the WORST for trying to tell you how little of your time they're going to take up.

I'm not saying anyone who hangs up is a twunt, just that anyone nice enough to chat must be a thoroughly nice individual or a desparately lonely one. I'll try and chat on if I receive a call and I've got nowt else on. Helps them get their call time up to target. Has to be football if it's a bloke and what she's wearing if it's a bird. JJ 0
Call centre work is quality craic. I've worked in one or two and you can always get decent banter. There's always something satisfactory about someone on the other end of the line trying to argue with you when they're blatantly wrong too. Providing you're not in a bad mood it's always a brilliant laugh.

luckyluke 2
I worked for a double glazing company for a week once. Everyone else there scared old ladies into forking out for the things, I decided I wasn't enough of a cunt so I quit.
