Ive downloaded a video and am gonna give it a bash.

have had a quick look at the vid and at first glance it all seems a bit simple. lots of stretching and breathing - i can do that.

only ive realised the video is over an hour long and some of the 'poses' look a bit awkward when you hold them for a minute or two. :)

when Inwas at summer camp this guy (the drama guy) gave classes to any counselors who wanted to go and apparently they were all aching the next day, so it must be pretty useful as a workout.

It's more difficult than it looks to begin with but I'd definitely recommend it. I used to do a lot of Ashtanga yoga and you feel really ungraceful and wobbly at first but it's amazing how quickly you relax and strengthen, being able to hold the poses and balance a lot more easily. I found it fab for relaxation and it really helped to strengthen my back which I was having some problems with at the time. Don't be surprised if you fall asleep whilst in the Corpse position either :)

It's a basic relaxation pose and it's marvellous.

Your fella just lifts up your nightie and rolls on - that kind of corpse position?

I did it once on a goalie camp and it was alright.

Pilates on the other hand are painful as hell. I couldn't piss for hours afterwards. :)

Sure you didn't try puppetry of the penis by mistake?

Tantric Masturbation is to be avoided.

Wouldn't that just be staring at your own penis and then touching yourself everywhere but, then 30 mins later knocking one out?

Thought that was classed as 'pissed, trying to have a wank'

ive done my first yoga session!

well, when i say 'done', i mean i did part of it.

this was supposed to be the beginners yoga but it was really difficult. Some of the poses i couldnt even hold, most of them i could only do for a few seconds. Some of the stretching brought tears to my eyes.

I'm kinda disappointed though - ive heard that doing yoga can make you fart but i didnt let rip once.

Stick with it. You'll be surprised at how much easier it gets as you get more flexible :D
