Lazarus 0
Ive downloaded a video and am gonna give it a bash. have had a quick look at the vid and at first glance it all seems a bit simple. lots of stretching and breathing - i can do that. only ive realised the video is over an hour long and some of the 'poses' look a bit awkward when you hold them for a minute or two. Guest Patrokles
when Inwas at summer camp this guy (the drama guy) gave classes to any counselors who wanted to go and apparently they were all aching the next day, so it must be pretty useful as a workout. catmag 336
It's more difficult than it looks to begin with but I'd definitely recommend it. I used to do a lot of Ashtanga yoga and you feel really ungraceful and wobbly at first but it's amazing how quickly you relax and strengthen, being able to hold the poses and balance a lot more easily. I found it fab for relaxation and it really helped to strengthen my back which I was having some problems with at the time. Don't be surprised if you fall asleep whilst in the Corpse position either

I downloaded one off t'internet too, and never got any further than looking at what was involved on the video. All I know is, didn't look too hard, middle-aged bint wasn't worth caning the Gemmill over. Sound like the same one?
Brock Manson 0
I did it once on a goalie camp and it was alright. Pilates on the other hand are painful as hell. I couldn't piss for hours afterwards.

Gemmill 44113
Pilates is good and it works. Feels like you've been hit by a car the day after you do it for the first time.

Guest Patrokles
Tantric Masturbation is to be avoided. Wouldn't that just be staring at your own penis and then touching yourself everywhere but, then 30 mins later knocking one out?

Wouldn't that just be staring at your own penis and then touching yourself everywhere but, then 30 mins later knocking one out? Thought that was classed as 'pissed, trying to have a wank' Edited October 7, 2006 by Wacky Jnr
Lazarus 0
ive done my first yoga session! well, when i say 'done', i mean i did part of it. this was supposed to be the beginners yoga but it was really difficult. Some of the poses i couldnt even hold, most of them i could only do for a few seconds. Some of the stretching brought tears to my eyes. I'm kinda disappointed though - ive heard that doing yoga can make you fart but i didnt let rip once.

luckyluke 2
I keep meaning to go to a yoga class at university but it's at awkward times. Can anyone reccommend a yoga guide that I could have a go at home on dvd or something?
