Happy Face 29
I never knew the Hives even had a greatest hits album.  "Your New Favourite Band is a collection by The Hives, featuring tracks from their first two albums and the A.K.A. I-D-I-O-T EP. The decision to release such a compilation after only two albums was made with the intention of achieving mainstream success in the UK and the U.S."  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Your_New_Favourite_Band

Given that he's released 6/7 albums, can you tell me where to start?  Id probably say 'You & Me'. It's probably his most bluesy album and the guitar playing is more accessible.  A New Day Yesterday and Blues Deluxe are brilliant albums but i think you have to try a palette of his stuff.  Sloe gin is a pretty good album and it's kind of a strange 'rock blues' instead of 'blues rock'.   Norah Jones - Creepin' In
