Guest You FCB Get Out Of Our Club
Manchester has Oasis and New Order amongst others, Liverpool has the beatles (pish if you ask me) and Lightening Seeds, Newcastle has The Animals and a whole host of other world musical stars, even fuckin Leicester have Kasabian, I thought I'd dedicate the next two songs to Sunderland, their two most famous songs in world musical history.... Ayatollah Hermione 13762
Anna Calvi - Anna Calvi - Pretty good attempt at a cinematic pop album. Goes into Bond theme territory at times; I thought the Last Shadow Puppets' album success would have meant more of this type of stuff earlier. Probably a better attempt at a homage than that one. Cut Copy - Zonoscope - Doesn't have a song half as good as Hearts on Fire. Harry Nilsson - Nilsson Schmilsson - Some of the best pop music in history. Shame he ruined his voice singing with Lennon a few years later.

Dr Gloom 21768
Just watched pulps headline set at Glastonbury 95. Had it on sky plus for ages. Bit of a breakthrough set iirc standing in for the stone roses. Jarvis' voice not all that but still a class frontman
