46 actually so just hitting my musical prime of 15 at the start of the eighties :)

Late developer?

I was 12 in 1980 , and I thought most of the 80s stuff was utter gash.

Wake me up before you go go, FFS!

Dont be a silly boy  Twas a classic that topped the charts both here and in the states.

Could do with more cheerful songs rather than the depressing slash your wrists stuff posted here of late.

4:30 to the end is my favorite 1 minute or so of music this year.

Those two separate 1 second piano clashes make me smile a great deal more than something so small should.

Nice!

Only just came across them , you got any of their albums?

Aye, I've got InnerSpeaker, its fantastic. Im not going to say 'if you like them, then you'll like...' but, another band who work with similarly abrasive arrangements (albeit a different sound) is Zun Zun Egui. IMO the best 'guitar music' being made today. This is off their first album that was released a few months ago. Also, one of the best live bands I've ever seen. was at the Star and Shadow the second time i saw them, they played for about an hour and a half until about 1 am to 10 people or so, and it was one of the best gigs I've been to. absolutely brilliant:
