Listened to the new Grimes album last night, couple of good tracks but didn't really grab me on first listen using the iPad speaker. Listening to plenty power pop recently since I've been lamenting the lack of well-written guitar pop music atm and got back into Big Star and Supergrass. Owt with Janelle Monae on is worth a listen, unfortunately, she gets nowt more than backing vocals. Their second album is out now but I've only heard the first.
