i-pod scrobbling

I'm desperately trying to find someway to get my phone/ ipod to scrobble the tracks ive played on it to lastfm. searching everywhere on the net but i think i must be too thick to understand it

tried running isproggler which will scrobble the tracks played by in i-tunes on my pc but not what i've listened to earlier on my phone.

 

Just though I'd post this on the off chance that someone else in here has tried this.

Dunno bout the phone bit but for the iPod....

 

1. You have to have a smart playlist in iTunes titled Recently Played that shows songs played in the last 7 days (iTunes default for this list is 2 weeks, so that has to be changed)

 

2. Don't play anything on iTunes until the iPod tracks have updated to 'scrobbler.

 

3. Plug the ipod in, let it synch. The Recently Played list should be updated with whatever you played on the iPod. Eject and unplug the iPod and 'scrobbler should pick up the tracks.
