Hatful Of Hollow 0
So basically, my W810i won't turn on. I've been playing football, and when I got in the battery on my mobile was dead so I put it on charge, but nothing happens, the battery logo doesn't appear or owt, and I put it on charge over an hour ago. When I first put the charger in I noticed that on top left (top right in the photo above) of the phone there was a red light showing, don't know if that's got anything to do with it. I tried removing the battery and putting it back in again, when I did this the red light turned off, but i'm still getting no repsonse from the phone. Craig 6670
I'd question whether the battery is holding any charge. Best thing I can suggest is finding someone else who has one and swapping the batteries to see if that makes a difference. Failing that, take it to a shop to check.. At least by that point you'll know whether it's the phone or battery that's faulty...
Hatful Of Hollow 0
Aye that's probably the best bet like. The light's back on now, still don't know what that means.
Gemmill 44107
The charger connections are notoriously shit on the Sony phones, I've noticed. I would mess around with the charger, plugging it into the phone and making sure it's pressed in really hard, turning the plug on and off at the wall and that. I had something similar happen on mine a while back and it pretty much fixed itself.
Hatful Of Hollow 0
I've tried messing about with the charger but to no avail. Now the screen goes white when I press a button, and is black at all other times.
