Kid Dynamite 6964
My lasses phone company is absolute gash. Dot.com. Anyway, shes on an 18month £25 contract with tthe first 3 months half price. Except shes now on the 5th or 6th month and they are still charging her half price. Should she tell them? Shes a student and is a pauper at the minute so ive warned her that they are well within their rights to just claim back the extra £50-60 they forgot to charge her and shel be up shit creek at xmas buying time. Any advice?
Gemmill 44106
Worst case scenario they're gonna charge her what she owes them. Best case scenario they forget all together. The second one is unlikely, but she could possibly get away with arguing with them when they try and catch up her payments, saying it was their error and that she can't afford that much all at once yada yada. She might get away with them either forgiving the payment, or spreading it over the remainder of her contract. I wouldn't say anything personally and would just argue with them when they handed me a big bill.
Monster 0
Phone them up and make a big noise about how they haven't given her the customer service expected and how it's a real worry etc etc. As long as you are nice and polite with it, you'll probably get a result. All mobile companies at the moment are practically throwing deals at folk.
