Smooth Operator 10 Posted September 13, 2006 Share Posted September 13, 2006 I was in a similar boat a while back, my output was incredible and a member of the team who'd gone off sick citing stress of work load stated in her disciplinary that she did as much as me, so they got all the stats together and showed her conclusively that I did on average 64% more output per day than she did.
