Holden McGroin 6918
Okay, first game of the season on Saturday and I got my foot studded twice. The bridge has come out all bruised and swollen. I really want to play next week as competition for places is fierce. Is there anyway to speed up the recovery? Guest alex
Should have iced it and raised it. Not sure if you've missed the boat though.

Im wondering if some heavy strapping will do the job?
sweetleftpeg 0
Stap it up and take some painkillers. Personally though, I would rest it.
