I know most footballers are thick but this lad is something else. He's been on trial at Arsenal and wants a contract......and somehow he decides that the best way to go about this is to announce to the press that he has a good chance as behind the scenes, Sol Campbell has handed in a transfer request.

 

I can just see Wenger at the press conference unveiling Christanval going "Yeah, not only have I been impressed by him as a player, but also his willingness to blab internal club affairs to the press at the first available opportunity has also been highly impressive."
