ewerk 30753
Right I haven't logged into my Paypal account in a while now but had to today before Gol breaks my legs for non-payment of Prediction fees. Anyways, it says my account has been limited due to me declining the new user agreement. I don't remember ever being asked to accept or decline one and would've hit accept if I had. I can't find a link to accept the new user agreement, only one to view it. I also can't close the account due to it being limited or use my card with another email address. So anyone know how to accept the agreement? I've emailed Paypal but I'm not expecting a reply back before the end of the year tbh.

ewerk 30753
Well I've emailed them but they say response can take up to 30 days and I've got an ebay item to pay for as well. Can I remove my card details ordinarily? It'd be easier to link my card with a different email address than wait for my account to be re-activated.
