Guest Patrokles
Duff started really well but nothing seemed to come off for him after that, though he got into a bit more when we passed it more later.
Shearergol 0
Carr had a good game? Is that a piss take?
snakehips 0
Babayaro. The last 5-10 minutes, we're 1 - 0 up, and Babayaro is going walkabout up the middle of the field. Shirley I'm not the only one who noticed this??
adios 717
I thought Duff was pretty anonymous Carr had a reasonable game, Solano was a bit in-and-out, Emre buzzed around Butt had been given the Laurent Robert Cloak of Invisibility Ameobi proved again that he is NOT a first class striker and should never be played on his own up front - Bramble - brilliant strike but my heart is in my mouth whenever he gets the ball in defence the rest average All in all a good result away from an average performance against a side that would be OK in the middle of Div 2 (aka "The Championship") 175070[/snapback] He was tidy at the back when needed, got forward a couple of times, thought he did as well as he could... Agree Carr had a decent game. Duff is still getting into his stride, the rest of the team has had an extra fortnight(?) of training. Oh, and Bramble's header was immense, were you watching, Shola? Guest alex
I noticed Babayaro going walkabout 2nd half, on one occasion he ambled back and they nearly scored.
geordieshandy 0
When he was pottering about near the D, and their right winger was standing towards the touchline screaming for the ball, I nearly had kittens. All they needed to do was twonk the ball over and they'd be in (again) and the winger made sure he let his team mates know that he wasn't happy the ball never materialised.
