Probably about five nights a week if I'm honest but apart from a Friday and Saturday it's usually a couple of cans or glasses of wine. Jimbo 175 Posted August 9, 2006 Share Posted August 9, 2006 I mainly drink as an aid to sleeping, if I'm trying to turn around from doing nightshifts to early shifts, I'll often drink a bottle of wine the evening before an early start just to send me off to sleep. So i can go ages without a drink then have a load in one night bringing my average to about right for what you should have, just drink it all at once. I've not got a very addictive personality so I can pick up and drop things before a dependancy kicks in. I will take a pill or posh if it's around and offered to me, but I'll never purposely go out of my way to buy some. I also make damned sureI know and trust the person I'm getting it from. nothing comes close to alcohol though, best overall feeling.
