magelaide 0
Do you have any personality/character traits etc that you conisder to be flaws? I tend to put barriers up far too easily and not let people in. If anyone ever lies to me, they are never forgiven. I'd love to change this. I tend to throw myself into tasks and neglect everything else in my life whilst working on the current task. Some could say supporting Newcastle is a flaw. I just say they haven't seen the light!! Craig 6700
I have major strops when things don't work right first time, although I'm getting better with age. The amount of times things got thrown across the other side of the room out of sheer frustration were too many to count. And my 4 year old does just the same! snakehips 0
My shyness amongst strangers comes across as aloofness. Which I don't like. 171554 That happens to mrs Hips. The fact is that when people actually get to know her, they soon find out that she is one of the nicest, most compassionate, people on the planet. As for my flaws.......Lord, where do I start??????? Renton 21983
My shyness amongst strangers comes across as aloofness. Which I don't like. 171554 Actually, that describe me pretty much as well. One reason why I haven't been to a piss up yet - when I do I hope people don't think I'm aloof - I'm just shy! Of course, none of this applies to the internet.

Renton 21983
Of course you can bypass shyness by getting pissed, but then you run the real risk of coming across as an arse.

Meenzer 15716
I'm stubborn as hell, even when I know fine well that I'm in the wrong. A perfect character trait for an Internet forum, but less practical in real life.
rikko 20
I take things too far, always push them and never stop until its just gone that one stage too far.

rebellious 0
I can never be bothered to socialise. Small talk pisses me off, so i don`t talk much which makes people think i`m grumpy. I usually only join in a coversation if i have something to gain from it. If i do feel ill and chat to anyone its usually sarcastic.

DanTheMan 0
I talk too much! I always annoy people with my excessive babbling. Plus I move around a lot whilst I talk!

Southern Geordie 1
Before uni I was quite shy around strangers.. Now I've been told I come across as confident (arrogant) But other than that.. I am TERRIBLE at showing my feelings generally around people I like of the opposite sex.. Im pretty reserved which comes across as me not caring apparantly Edited August 7, 2006 by Southern Geordie
Renton 21983
I too am an emotional retard thanks to a typical English upbringing. I can't talk about feelings to anyone. Also, I can't have physical contact with people apart from those I am really close too - I couldn't hug a bloke for instance. I've got to say I hate this but I'm fairly resigned I'll never change now.

I know people (especially girls) who could talk to their parents about anything.. I however couldn't.. could be a guy thing, who knows.

Do you hug blokes at the match? 171619 Rarely, but I have done I suppose. I remember once we beat Barnsley in the cup and for some reason I was next to the away fans with no segregation. After the match this obese bloke in a Brazil shirt came over and said "Reet, eeh bah gum, gis a hug" and proceeded to embrace me, squeezing the air out my lungs (think of the scene in Fight club). I was mortified.
