MattM4 0
Been doing my head in today... The sound has all of suddent decided to only come out one side of the speakers... not a speaker problem, as ive tried them on something else... something internal... Checked the sound options etc... very weird. anyone have any ideas?
adios 717
Try turning/fiddling with the jack in the socket, while playing music, with the dead speaker next to your ear, and see if it makes a difference; could be a loose connection.

Rob W 0
first thing is to swop the leads and see if the problem swops speakers a dodgy socket or a broken wire is almost certainly the problem
MattM4 0
thanks ... but tried all those things. it's definitly and internal issue in the computer drivers, or software or something... very weird.
rikko 20
Have you gone deaf in one ear? As if you have i'd advise that you see a doctor. IF the speakers work fine on other things and you've not changed the balance on the pc, it sounds like a lose connection try wetting the jack slightly and twisting it round in the socket to see if that fixes it.
