Dr Kenneth Noisewater 0
The best fighters in ice-hockey are the ones who can get their gloves off quickest aren't they Brock? Love the way the ref just stands watching until they've had enough.

I can't quote exactly from the rule book but the ref will only get involved either once both fighters are knackered and not throwing punches or if there's a clear winner (ie some bloke gets floored). Alot safer for them that way. Unless Theo Fleury is playing (he shot a puck at one of the english refs and has been generally...disturbed). Happy Face 29
Why do passions run so much higher in Ice Hockey than any other sport. Could it be because anyone who plays it is a closet gay supressing their feelings into an angry ache in the pit of their stomach that erupts into a homoerotic fight fetish given any opportunity? It's the only explanation I can think of.
