TheInspiration 1
*shudders* I HATE spiders. No matter what size. Can't be in the same room. And wasps...why do they always sting ME and no-one else? 122140[/snapback] Just you? I've been stung all over the body by wasps mate. Trodden on a few, had one in my shorts once years ago, but didn't sting luckily. The worst case though, was when I got stung below the eye. Didn't actually feel it, but it then started swelling up, so I had a big lump getting in the way of my eyesight, and effectively making me look a bit stupid. I tend to react very badly to insect bites as well as wasp stings. Occasionally get these huge lumps at the bottom of my legs, making it pretty tough to squeeze into my shoes. Toonraider 0
I have a phobia about insects in general but especially spiders I know spiders mean us no harm and kill the nasty germ ridden flies...but i cannot even look at one let alone stay in the same room as it! I couldnt kill it either, couldnt get that close. I just panic, go cold and shut the door on it. I'd be useless if i lived alone

Woodgate27 0
I practically shit myself at the site of one, even the pissy little ones, and I'm not afraid to admit it. Unfortunately my gf is even more terrified of them, so I'm the one who has to be the hero. I hate summer because of spiders.

The Fish 11068
I only dislike insects that serve no purpose, like daddy long legs, wasps, hornet et al. spider eat flies, flies dispose of rotting things, bees pollenate flowers and make honey, pill bugs make Branston pickle and Caterpillars turn inot butterflies, which are... y'know... dead pretty and that

Dr Kenneth Noisewater 0
My pet spider has just died. Well, I say pet, co-habitant might be a better word. She lived in the gap between the bath and the wall, often used to see her scuttling around in the bathroom. Anyway, for the last two days she'd been in the same spot in the corner of the bathroom floor. So today I thought I'd give her a little nudge, make sure she was ok - and nothing. Stiff as a board. Scooped up and into the bin
