Looking for a good day out.....

...tomorrow, taking the family for a day out tomorrow but can't think of anywhere suitable. The bairns are 7 and 2 so somewhere for them primarily. Not afraid to travel a few hours each way.

 

Wacky offered to put on Snow White and the dwarf to keep them busy but he's not safe around kids.

Take them to Wacky's bird sanctuary place.

 

Failing that, the Marine Park in South Shields - feed the ducks (avoiding bird flu), go on that train around the park, then on a rowing boat in the pond (which stinks incidentally!). Then across the road to see all the gyppos in the fair.

That'a regular haunt of ours in the holidays, wor lass' brother works for the pikey's and gets us free tokens. It's a mackem-filled shithole no doubt about it.
