Scottish Mag 3
Middlesbrough striker Mark Viduka admits he is unsure of his future at the club, but is flattered to be linked with a switch across the North East to Newcastle United. Australian international Viduka has looked sharp in recent weeks and is rumoured to be a target for Newcastle, despite The Magpies being without a permanent manager. Viduka is heading towards the final year of his contract and speculation suggests the Boro paymasters may look to cash-in this summer. The Australian is not sure what the future holds, but is flattered by talk of a move to Newcastle. "I saw all the speculation about Newcastle," said Viduka in the News of the World. "It was flattering to be linked with them, but I wouldn't have a clue about my future. "I have a year left on my contract, so we will wait and see what happens." Lee Bowyer, meanwhile, has hinted that he would like to stay at Newcastle. The midfielder has been hankering after a return to London for some time, but he has found form in recent weeks and has now revealed that he wants to fight for his place on Tyneside. "I played alongside Scott Parker in the middle of midfield for one game and I enjoyed playing there with him," said Bowyer. "Then he went down with glandular fever, but I hope we can play in the middle together next season. "I've won my place back and I won't let it go." Craig Moore is another player looking to remain at Newcastle, although the Australian defender has revealed that he will head home in 2007. The stopper joined Newcastle last summer, signing a two-year deal, but has been plagued by injuries. He is finally free from injury and fancies proving his class in The Premiership next term before returning home. "The last eight months have been a testing time," he added. "When my contract is up at Newcastle, I will head home."

Jusoda Kid 1
He's a good player but his attitude stinks, Viduka thinks of no one but himself and i think we've got enough of them at Newcastle
snakehips 0
His form certainly seems to have picked up recently. Couldn't be anything to do with worldcupitis, could it? I would be concerned that if he did end up here that he would suddenly return to his 'lazy' days.

TheInspiration 1
He's overweight and at times a bit lazy, but still a class player. Only get him for cheap though - he is I think 30.
Guest Sima
Get him for at the most £1m and it's bargainlicious tbh.
Gemmill 44430
I'd be happy with the Viduka that played against Basel last week, but I can't help but think he'll be back to his disinterested, porky self once the World Cup's over. He looks like he's lost about 2 stone in the last 3 or 4 month.

Always have thought he's useless tbh. 4 goals in 40 internationals speaks volumes.

Matty 0
And so he should be flattered, the fat Aussie bastard. Never forgive him for what he did to Dabizas a few years ago, and got away with.
