Monkeys Fist 41931
Didn't Wendy Gibson marry Paddy McDee? No, Simon Willis. Divorced now. I took him climbing I'm the Lakes once. He bricked it from start to finish

On a somewhat related sidenote- my kid gets the hiccups constantly. The funny thing is, if you sit him up when he has them, it sounds as though he's actually saying, "Hiccup." A-freakin-dorable. I know it's onomatopoeia smartass, but this kid is 1 month old and sounds as though he's literally saying the word. Billy Castell 0
Has anyone ever seen the Country Music Awards? If you put it on mute, its amusing. There seems to be a contest between the men over who has the biggest cowboy hat. Everyone looks ridiculous, but as with most US awards dos, they are so earnest and serious. Went to the CMA Music Fest in Nashville t'other week and half of the acts were Blokes In Hats. All pretty interchangeable music-wise, too, though I do like a good twang. Off to see one of them (Brad Paisley) in Shepherd's Bush tomorrow night actually.

I'm an only child who grew up listening to Cannibal Corpse. Frankly, I'm conflicted. The god (and blind patriotism/pro-military) stuff is quite amusing to see up close, if only as a form of social observation. Country also seems to attract an awful lot of fat people among its fanbase, even by American standards, so that's good for a giggle too.
