Park Life 71
True. When you are walking a higher path you have to be so careful and not fall to the level of your detractors.

McFaul 35
Aye I've only got 5 years left, had a 2 hour meeting yesterday, the tumour will 90% certainly be back in 2-5 years then I'm more than likely fucked. Never mind. Going to make as many people happy as I can before I cark it. Apart from mackems, dippers, Spurs fans, and a few others.

ewerk 30569
Fuck me, sorry to hear that. Still, five years is a long time away and there could be many more options for you then. Keep your head up and make the most of it.

Christmas Tree 4725
Aye, same as Ewerk really Stevie. If the options are open to you I wouldn't rule out 2nd opinions or be on the look out for any new trials going on. Great that you've got the attitude you have to the future. Gemmill 44814
Jesus, sorry to hear that. As others and you have said, make the most of it. Do loads of stuff you want to do and fuck all that you don't want to do.
McFaul 35
Cheers for being nice. My cancers was partly Level 3, as I said 1 is fine 2 pretty serious 3 extremely serious 4 you can't survive, but the shape of mine and how it was composed was a very weird one they said. The pictures were mental. They said 5 years would be decent, BUT they also said I could fluke it and last longer. They seemed to tell me every worse case scenario, but two years and potentially dead would be no good, I need to see an Ashleyless NUFC win something before I leave. Thanks for your kind words though. Next 3 months are going to be hard. There's a test specialists are doing very randomly now, with a new form of treatment for this and I've said yes. It involves radio and chemo, so I'm basically a testbaby. Hopefully it's a good decision.
Park Life 71
That's really sad news Stevie. However these new machines are coming to the NHS within the next 2 years. Monkeys Fist 42389
Fantastic picsThe lad in the pics is a Mackem, smashing lad, but still As I took the first one I told him I'd give him a copy as a rare memento of a Mackem being above Newcastle. Kid Dynamite 7025
Being told 'there's a strong chance your tumour will be back in 2-5 years' isn't the same as 'you will be dead in 2-5 years' Stevie. PMA. Theres a chance it may not come back. And if it does you can fight it all over again. Good luck!
Isegrim 9762
Sorry to hear that Stevie. But I wouldn't give in just yet and follow the example of SBR. At least you deserve a couple of years of a decent Newcastle United without any cunts in charge that you can enjoy and be proud of.

Ayatollah Hermione 13861
Fucking hell, Stevie, sorry to hear that, mate. As J69 says though, "strong chance" isn't a definite, just stay positive and aye, take plenty of time to see what you've wanted to see and do what you've wanted to do. catmag 337
I can only echo what others have said, Stevie. My dad had cancer many years ago now and taught me to make the most of every day which is something I try to do. We should all try and 'live' and not just 'exist' Who knows what the future holds for any of us. Do the things you want to do (within reason!) and be happy
wykikitoon 20117
Stevie you're a battler. You have the right mindset and personality. Take each everyday with every grasp, but that doesnt mean getting mortal everyday man. You know this mate. The odds are it may come back, but its not exact mate. Chin up, I will raise a Guinness tonight for you mate, all the best and god bless fella.
