Aye, my family are not happy that I didn’t have the answer after asking for their assistance

Ok, CT's family takes precedence.

Sometime around 25th April next year, (give or take a few hours) I'll have lived just as long in the twenty first century as I lived in the twentieth century. Basically add up your age at NYE at 1999 then add that age to NYD 2000 and see what date you get. :good: eg, September 8, 1973 - 31st December 1999 = 9,611 days or 26, years, three months and twenty four days. 1st Jan 2000 + 9,611 days is April 25th, 2026.

Work it out for yourselves, @RobinRobin might be in for a bit a wait for his though.

Despite all the millennium 1999 stuff this century and millennium actually started 1st January 2001. The first year of AD or the Common Era was year ‘1’ not a year ‘0’. AD 1 came immediately after BC 1. Although obviously they were not regarded as that until later.

I just thought I’d chuck that killjoy spanner into the works. It felt like it was what your little brain teaser really needed ;)

it’s all fairly arbitrary anyway. Given Jesus was probably born a few years before 1 AD (King Herod died c. 4 BC).

Fucking hell, I’m boring myself now.

Something just popped up on my phone saying your year in photographs in 2024 and it basically had about 12 photos including a tyre and a cup. (I spent 11 nights in Cyprus with the missus in that time so there was a couple from that as well). I'm not exactly part of the selfie generation.

I handed in a week's notice at my current, new place yesterday. Going to be a long week next week.

Got offered a PT job yesterday after my interview in the morning, a bit different, hopefully a bit more laid back and on my doorstep I'm really hoping this is it and I can just get on with my life.

I Hope Please GIF
