I got fibre optic broadband installed by sky today. If I do a Speedtest on my phone it's coming back at 30mbps over WiFi Vs 75mbps over 4g. Which I'm pretty sure is slower WiFi than I had before  

 

Am I being stupid or do I need to call them to get it sorted?

The first thing they’ll do is ask you to do a test plugged directly into the router so if you have a laptop then try that first.
