It’s a fucking pain trying to coordinate getting people my age to go though (4 of us that went to school together have discussed going). I went to see The Boss in Birmingham years ago. It was £30. To see him in Leeds recently it was £160+ fuck that. The dynamic ticket pricing needs scrapping. For one night only myself and wor lass are leaving the kids with my dad in Durham. First night off in 5 years. Looking for something a bit special where we can also have dinner (or get dinner nearby). Considered Lumley Castle but their restaurant gets slated. Expand Matfen Hall is the clear winner 👍🏻 https://matfenhall.com dinner and breakfast are superb, lovely Spa and pool and even go ape in the grounds should you not already have worn yourselves out.
