The ridiculous thing is, if this bloke was a suspected terrorist he would have been waterboarded, electrocuted and tortured by MI5 long before now to gather information. Waiting for a suitable plea bargain? Very concerning if he's not the one responsible and there's still someone out there all this time who is a danger to children. The latter in this case. I think its safe to assume its beyond a reasonable doubt that he's involved. A blowtorch and some pliers would have the truth in 5minutes flat. I sometimes daydream/imagine the worse (dont know how to describe it) where i play out a scenario in my head (dont know why) and it makes me shake and sweat. I'm quite liberal when it comes to crime and punishment, i believe people make mistakes and when they go to jail they can reform themselves but a crime like this its like an animal attacking someone, the only thing to do is put them down. Something shuts off and stops me from doing it. I'm the same if I start to read a news article where a child has been intentionally harmed - I have to stop reading. I just absolutely can't understand how any human being could do that. A tiny, innocent, defenceless child man. God bless her family.
