We can beat fucking Chelsea at home man.

yes, and I expect us to. Their record at our place is shit. I was just trying to point out how little we need to do to finish 5th. 63-65 points is usually enough. It could be wrapped up by the end of the month

Barnes starting to look like the player we hoped we'd signed is a massive plus. He'd looked like someone you wouldn't have minded leaving before, but now it looks like Gordon will be lucky to get another start before the end of the season.

It’s funny what a run in the team can do for a player.

I probably preferred him over Gordon in the early days but Barnes was out for a long time last season and AGs game went up another level.

i think Barnes has 8 goal in 15 starts. Deadly. He can easily get 15 goals in a season. His intensity was superb yesterday as well.

Best spell for Barnes since he joined the club. Agree with Gemmill that’s it’s going to be hard for Gordon to get back in the side because we’re currently getting goals and assists from both flanks.

One thing Howe needs to resist. Putting Barnes on the Right. Yesterday he was mint. His work rate was the best I've seen it. He was closing down all over and him and Tino have a superb understanding and connection.

Aye. The Tino/Barnes combo is a fine replacement for the Hall/Gordon partnership.

Tino has been top drawer since he went to LB.

Good to see the Beeb looking at what’s important this morning in the wake of the game:

it then goes on to say:

How’s that fucking relevant this season? They’re 17 points clear of the third bottom team Ipswich, who can get a maximum of 18 points from from their remaining games (and have a much worse goal difference).

Seeing them finish 4th bottom would be great though.

his performances at left back are better then those he’s put in at right back this season, weirdly

I watched MOTD and their coverage was just as biased as Sky. All focussed on what Man U are doing wrong and nothing on how we outplayed them

Ratcliffe will lose interest soon too imo. Although you’d have to be mental to pay anything like what he did for his share of the club

He's arrogant enough to think he was going to be transformative for them. Which to be fair he has been
