Isak didn't want to come off. Clearly wanted a goal. Explains Howe keeping him on, I suppose. I think that's fair enough. If he wants an extra 10-15 minutes to get a goal he's earned the right. Howe trusts him and showing it. All good stuff for team and individual morale I reckon.

Not really sure what to make of this performance given how atrocious Leceister are. We've done the basics well at times but not looked like getting out of second gear.

Agreed, I think its a good thing though. 

 

A low stress, low intensity away win where we didnt even really need to try hard to get three points after a weekend where other results went our way.

 

Just what we needed, no more or less.

I think we have to appreciate that it's late in the season. The players will have a lot of physical and mental fatigue to deal with. They've done the job, got out of sight early and gone into recovery ride mode. It isn't an exciting watch but it is professional. Save the legs and mind for the next one.
