Wilson should not play again, he’s just fucked now.

Have you noticed Joe Willock get stronger and return to a bit of form as he’s got more game time after long term injury?:cuppa:

eddie keeps starting wilson ahead of osula. i'd like him to use osula more too - he looks raw but promising - but eddie doesn't seem to trust him.

has he even started a PL game yet? i can't remember

Joe Willock is 8 years younger than Wilson.

That doesn’t have a massive baring on match fitness in the short term though…. point is he’s ours till the end of the season we may as well get as much out of him as we possibly can

We could melt him down for glue. I’m sure someone at the club could have some use for it.

Not particularly. He's been shite every time I've seen him play

We’ve got to come out with a positive result and performance tonight.

We’ll probably end up with another red card or injury though.

Even if we get a draw but we look solid and the team puts in a decent 90 minute (plus whatever stoppage) then thats got to be a confidence boost.  No fucking schizo performance today please.

I’d take us getting spanked if it meant Liverpool drop their guard and think we’ll be easy and it gives Howe the chance to put a rocket up them before Sunday.

So long as everyone comes through it without injury.

That's not really how it works though is it

I'd definitely take the cup win over a CL finish if we had the choice or the two were mutually exclusive.

But they're not and we need to stay in the run for 5th place. The squad has it in them to put together another run and finish the season strongly, a CL place could make a big difference to the next couple of seasons and our chances of winning something then.

As strong a lineup as could have been hoped for and hopefully one that starts in the final after a good outing tonight.

Apart from Pope….. the guy gives me nightmares every time he comes out of his box
