Yup. The rapid decline evident in many of the players last few games is becoming a real concern and threatens to derail our season. Pope, Schar, Trippier and add Wilson to that list. No longer seem capable of doing the basics. And the recent form of Tino, Bruno, Willock also frustrating. Eddie's got his work cut out but this is a little bit what you'd expect with the next to nothing we've done in 3 windows now.

We can't seem to actually have a shot unless it's in their 6 yard box. 

Too many in our squad just coasting along, 3 transfer windows of no improvement does that to a team.

Oh aye, what was supposed to be a really strong bench has just turned out to be very very average.

 

Howe will be focusing on the positives I think. It's what you've got to do. We're still one game away from this being the best season in generations and firmly in the CL running. And most of the teams around us arent any more consistent than we are. 

We need a bit of a spark from somewhere, something to give everyone a boost. A strong FA cup peformance could do that.

Isak, Joelinton and Botman is a lot of quality to be missing. Schär and Burn look tired out there. Burn absolutely busts a gut but as a result with those big tired legs his control becomes a bit sloppy. With those three back and in form we'll give a much better account of ourselves.
