Was working on a job recently where we had a pre-tender DTM.  We were talking about construction sequence and planning it.  The client was there and is fully buying into it.  He's an analytical guy.  Meanwhile MEP were moaning about it.  MEP guys have now been sacked off the job  

There is some rather big ducts that are required in the ground coming into the building from another building on site.  We were talking about phasing of the construction for this part and how to keep a part of the site open to get materials in and out.  MEP guy 'just put some fucking planks over it will be reyt, I've got to get back for another meeting'
