MrBass 2811 Posted yesterday at 10:14 Share Posted yesterday at 10:14 How do yellow cards work in this comp? Is it two yellows and you miss the next game? If that's the case, we're without Gordon and Livramento for the second leg as they both picked up their second yellows last night.
ewerk 31507 Posted yesterday at 10:18 Share Posted yesterday at 10:18 They were cleared after the QFs so no more risk of bans from yellows. 1
RobElliott 1671 Posted yesterday at 10:23 Share Posted yesterday at 10:23 Noticed for Martinellis miss when through, that Botman was a lot slower than BDB in getting back, hopefully it's just a fitness thing and not lost a yard of pace after the injury

I think his positioning was always his main strength and it's understandable that hasn't been quite as good playing on the right side so far. Still thought overall he was very good mind.

He's grown in the two games. He started off rusty against spurs and got better throughout. I don't think he looked like a player that had missed a year last night, he looked almost as good as I ever remember. But aye, he was always a slow player - just a left footed Schar pinging champagne passes all over the place and putting his body on the line for everything.

Their players were visibly gutted when a ball was blocked for a throw rather than a corner. That’s down to coaching. They didn’t have much from open play. How about their set piece coach running down the touchline to try and keep them onside? And legohead has the nerve to complain about mad dog.

I was nervous at first against Spurs but then he really grew into the game.

Holden McGroin 6915 Posted yesterday at 10:44 Share Posted yesterday at 10:44 I think against lesser teams that sit back then we might need Schar but these two have been like brick walls the last two games.

wykikitoon 21415 Posted yesterday at 10:53 Share Posted yesterday at 10:53 A manager coming out every now and then, fine, if you're trying to get a message across to a player in the centre of the pitch you may stray out. But this cunt stands outside the area with zero respect to the laws or the officials or the opposition.

RobinRobin 11775 Posted yesterday at 11:13 Share Posted yesterday at 11:13 Frankly, I hope he sticks with the unlucky theme to the extent his players think they just need to turn up to win.

If they'd actually shot higher instead of along the floor we probably wouldn't have been able to make some of the blocks we did. I remember that being mentioned on commentary last night.
