How do yellow cards work in this comp? Is it two yellows and you miss the next game?

If that's the case, we're without Gordon and Livramento for the second leg as they both picked up their second yellows last night.

Noticed for Martinellis miss when through, that Botman was a lot slower than BDB in getting back, hopefully it's just a fitness thing and not lost a yard of pace after the injury

I'm not sure that Botman ever had a great deal of pace, in fact I think it was mentioned that this was a reason he hadn't moved from Lille before to a champions league club.  I think his positioning was always his main strength and it's understandable that hasn't been quite as good playing on the right side so far.  Still thought overall he was very good mind.

He's grown in the two games. He started off rusty against spurs and got better throughout. I don't think he looked like a player that had missed a year last night, he looked almost as good as I ever remember. But aye, he was always a slow player - just a left footed Schar pinging champagne passes all over the place and putting his body on the line for everything.

“The £800m Stoke” is my new favourite monicker for them.

They just played for set pieces. Their players were visibly gutted when a ball was blocked for a throw rather than a corner.  That’s down to coaching. They didn’t have much from open play.

How about their set piece coach running down the touchline to try and keep them onside?  And legohead has the nerve to complain about mad dog.

Aye agree with that.  I was nervous at first against Spurs but then he really grew into the game.

That was my immediate thought at the time. But Arteta is a massive hypocrite along with all his other unpleasant traits

Arteta spent most of the game outside of the technical area too with absolutely no repercussions.

I noticed our resident Citeh supporter on here said he can't stand the cunt either.  Speaks volumes when he was supposed to be a well respected coach there.

But NOTHING is said about it by the media.  They bend over for the cunt.

Same with Klopp and any fucker managing a club in red (unless of course he's a well mannered Portuguese fella who plays three at the back)

A manager coming out every now and then, fine, if you're trying to get a message across to a player in the centre of the pitch you may stray out.  But this cunt stands outside the area with zero respect to the laws or the officials or the opposition.

Is that the same ball they've previously scored 11 goals with already?

If they'd actually shot higher instead of along the floor we probably wouldn't have been able to make some of the blocks we did.  I remember that being mentioned on commentary last night.

There was a point near the end where his set piece coach was in line with our 18yd line

The 4th official had to go and get him, but no card, nowt.

edit; @David Kelly posted about this at top of the page

It doesn't count when they have an Arsenal badge on though. Did you not get the memo?
