Newcastle United vs Aston Villa

Clear as day red for me, how often do you ever see a player accidentally stand on another, it just never happens, natural instinct is to do whatever you can to make sure you don't.

He meant it.

Can we at least agree that Schar played a blinder with that challenge? Not only was his recovery run class and his tackle timed to perfection but on the roll over he looked like he caught Duran which I choose to believe was intentional knowing he’d snap and get himself sent off.

Of course, it may well have been an accident (and most likely was) but I want to live in a world where we are back to our shithousing best.

The absolute brass neck of the brummy cunts calling any other team dirty when they have McGinn in their team.

MOTD reckoned Duran was unlucky cos once he's turned his ankle all bets are off and the only sensible place for him to put his right foot was all up the back of Schar. Obviously horseshit. He looks like he's got a bit of a hair trigger, and I suspect this won't be the last time we see him get in bother.

shearer duty bound to say it was an accident, same as when lennon nutted his foot.

The camera angle from directly behind is the clincher for me. He's absolutely tried to rake his studs up schar's back and play it off as an accident.

Ramsey feigning an elbow to the face rules out any moaning the cunts can have about our players response to the Duran foul.

Great result. Another great performance. Really building some nice momentum now. It's difficult to pick a player of the game. We had a lot of excellent performances. Never looked troubled by them. Even before the red card.

Loved Emery's post-match press conference, too. Mad Dog has done the poor muppet over. Howe has him sussed tactically. Duran's red is clear violent conduct. One, two, three, nil. And all of that has added up to Count Chocula coming into the press room ranting and raving like an escaped loon. Beautiful!

not so sure about that to be honest.

I thought after a fantastic start with gordon's screamer that we were pretty sloppy and laboured at times for the rest of the 1st half and failed to capitalise on the sending off. was disappointed to end the 1st half at 1-0 . couldn't help but remember the 1-2 against the bindippers last season.

anyway, shouldn't have worried, much improved in the 2nd half, it was almost like I'd forgot we were just playing an absolutey shite team of thick as pigshit fucking benny's from a god forsaken hovel in the midlands.

Didn't realise this was the picture on Tindall's hoodie until just now:

Quite blatantly ignoring the fact he turned his ankle by standing on Schar which was very avoidable.

Classic case of Shearer trying not to sound biased

I can't believe Gemmill isn't up in arms that Mad Dog thinks he's G.Michaels and EH is the talentless Ridgeley

Tbf I do think Mad Dog is the one most likely to get a nosh in a public toilet and crash his car whilst off his tits.

Wasn't that's Ridgeley's career after Wham?

Remember him failing specatularly at sports car racing, the rest is accurate.

That's fair, SLJ might have stole the show but awkward pulp fiction GIF was the lead in Pulp Fiction.

Duran was looking to yark his own teammates for not letting him take a free kick, if he got away with that one and took a yellow he was absolutely getting a second. No matter what he was getting sent off yesterday.

Just saw Emery's post match interview there too - fucking hell - crying about the refs and VAR using intelligence to defend his player for a clear lack of it  - He keeps up with that attitude then he'll be the next Liverpool manager once Slot shits his pants.
