Just shows that we are on the right track. A few of us fans have been losing our heads this season but we are 10 games in and 3 points off 3rd place (maybe 5 points). I really hope that we have a few players lined up for January.

Good to see Howe be able to shuffle a few players in and out over the last 3 games.

You've never seen Bill and Ted.

I went to the cinema to see it.

It came out in the period post parent divorce where every single Sunday we were out with my dad for Sunday lunch followed by the cinema. I saw fucking EVERYTHING at the cinema during that time. We used to run out of things to see.

Arteta retires to the dressing room to compose his usual charming, gracious in defeat and sportsmanlike post match speech.

If he finds anything to whinge about in this match he'll cement himself a place in the whingers hall of fame.

Nearly all teams go through bad spells. I think/hope this is all it was. I'm optimistic we will qualify for Europe next year, I'm hoping through a cup victory!

He'll just be dead dismissive with the interviewer. Grudging with both his praise and any sense of basic human decency.

Can we all accept that Longstaff was fucking mint today along with Hall and Livramento?

That was a performance right out of the 22/23 season from everyone and it was wank worthy seeing Pope at his shit housing best near the end.

I had to do a course on unconscious bias at work last week. Could do with rolling it out at PGMOL.

To be fair to them they sit an exam for it every year and always get a high distinction.

Just had a look at some of the comments on Howe's starting line up on Twitter. It blows my mind. Sometimes it is probably best for some people not to be able to post on line. You would have thought he had put himself up front. It really confuses me that people like this exist. Where do they live? Do they work? Is this like a keyboard warrior problem or do they behave like this in the real world? Baffling.

He was at his best, totally. Occupied the right positions and was the perfect supporting midfielder. Even on the ball he passed well and never got caught on it. As much as I've been critical of his individual attributes if he plays like that he deserves a spot in the team.

Hall and Livramento. The signings that were HEAVILY LAMENTED by some on here. And Craig Hope, the flat faced bastard.

Pair of them looking like international fullbacks 18 months later.

These last two results have been coming. We’ve been playing well since the Fulham game, just failing to take our chances. We struggle against low block defences but always rise to the occasion against the stronger teams when we have a bit more space to play in behind.

Arsenal were gash today. Credit to our lads for not allowing them to play, but even when we were forced to see the game out in the second half by dropping off they didn’t really create anything. That one header from Rice at the end was the only moment I thought they might score but even that failed to hit the target.

Twitter is a cesspit in general. NUFC twitter is all the backwards kids from school trying to string some thoughts together live on the Internet, and failing.

Fortunately, Howe wouldn't know a tweet from a twunt, and will never see their drivel.

Full backs bought like a Reeves budget, planning for the future. 👍
