Sandro might not be match fit yet. No probs with Longy starting.

i just hope the players can execute Howes plan today. They’ve clearly been unable to do this in the 3 games already.

Dont disagree but start Sandro, get the game won and then bring ciggy on.

You don’t see them in training, the lad has had an hour of proper football in 10 months, we have no idea how he’s recovered, he was knackered when he came of on Wednesday, doubt he’s ready to start another game within a few days.

We’ve lost all the technicians from the line up again. No Hall, Trippier or Tonali. I fear we will struggle to control the game just as we did against Bournemouth. It lacks balance with too many runners and not enough guile. Hope I’m wrong. At least he’s playing the right front three finally

Bruno and Isak not technical enough for you?

Nah, better to bring him on after 20 minutes when we’re 5-0 up.

Bruno can’t do it all on his own but I’m talking mainly about how we build and retain possession. None of the back four are really capable of playing forward line-breaking passes, nor are they great under pressure and spurs press well. I don’t know, I would have preferred Hall and Tripier in this game. It feels like a line up that has been set up to cede possession to spurs and try and hit on the break.

That would have been a goal for all time.

Close from Barnes, love his decisiveness in shooting. No dicking about.

Missed it what did he say ?

Roy Keane was afraid of Big Al and van Nistelrooj was a real odd one.
