One defeat and one draw isn't a bad day - both at home as well.

Aye. When you consider the fixtures that’s probably better than you could’ve reasonably hoped for

Who would say such a bold thing on March 8th when Forest were comfortable in third place.

Quite incredible.

March 8th you say...

I predicted it months ago, but Forest will drop like a stone before the end of the season

Everton played Forest off the park yesterday and their hero Murillo it was that gave the ball up for Everton's winner.

The commentator on MOTD on his intro to their game talked about nerves around the stadium and how there was a real feeling of it all getting a bit real.

I'd much rather Forest made top 5 than Chelsea, but they look like it's all catching up with them and they've also got the distraction of the cup.

BTW when you think how boring West Ham were under Moyes, yet he goes to Everton and compared to the gruel Dyche was serving up they look like a free flowing football side.

Dyche can just fuck off for me. Seems a canny bloke but he's basically Allardyce minus the cuntishness.

Moyes has done an unbelievable job there. They are hard to beat and seem to be able to nick goals. It will be a hard game when we play them.

Moyes used to get chucked in with Pardew, Allardyce, Redknapp, Pulis, Bruce and Hughes as dinosaur grifters. But his time at West Ham and Everton suggests his coaching has actually kept up with how the games evolved.

Yeah, but then he ends up being a victim of his own success as his negative style of play never evolves.

I actually think the 4-3 game highlighted his negativity. West Ham had us by the balls at 3-1 and could have ran out with even more goals but he took of Antonio (who was giving us the run around)

and put Kalinin Phillips on.

my best mate is West Ham mad and was happy to see him go, despite his success. Said he wished he’d gone after the conference league victory. the way he talked about him reminded me of what we used to say about allardyce - his negative and passive approach sucked all the fun out of watching football

My BIL went to the game yesterday and said it was a shocking Forest performance and Everton full deserved it. Said Forest basically set up not to loose and that's at fucking home.

That’s what they do pretty much every week.

If they do it, they’re going to fall over the line. They’ll naturally be looking over their shoulder though and they’ve got some good fucking teams hunting them down. I’d expect them to grind some wins out against Leicester and West Ham at the least though. That and a couple of draws will be enough with 5 spots
